ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This spacious holiday rental apartment is located on Cumbre del Sol, a beautiful hillside development near Moraira, Spain.
It features a large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views – as far as Ibiza on a clear day.
The apartment is newly refurbished. The shared infinity pool is just one minute’s walk away.
Rooms and Spaces
Split over two floors, the lower floor has:
– Master bedroom with superking sized bed (180x200cm)
– Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm)
– Spacious bathroom with bath and shower
Upstairs you will find:
– A large open plan living and dining area
– Private terrace with sun loungers and comfortable seating
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Third bedroom with king sized bed (160x200cm)
– Second bathroom with bath and shower
For a good night’s sleep, all bedrooms have blackout curtains, pocket sprung mattresses and high quality linens.
Total space: 109 square metres with 20 square metre terrace.

- Conveniently located to explore the northern Costa Blanca and beyond.
- Nearest supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant: 4 minute drive.
- Nearest beach: 8 minute drive.
- Nearest towns: Benitachell (5 minutes), Moraira and El Portet (10 minutes), Javea (15 minutes), Denia (30 minutes), Calpe (30 minutes).
- Nearest airports: Alicante is 1 hour 5 minutes to the south. Valencia is 1 hour 20 minutes to the north.
- We provide hand towels, bath towels and beach towels for all guests.
- There is a large high definition television with all the main European channels.
- The apartment has fast wifi (fibre broadband).
- For remote workers, a workstation (desk and office chair) is available on request.
- For young children, travel cot, cot sheets, high chair, baby bath and other equipment is available on request.
- A car is recommended. There is good parking outside the property. Each block has dedicated parking spaces.
- Please note there are a number of steps from the parking to the apartment.
